One Big Blow
After the success of One Big Blow last October, it went on to the Fleetwood Theatre Festival where it came runner up and where Adam Urey won the best actor award for his portrayal of Geordie/Jimmy. This was followed by a visit to the National Coal Mining Museum in November. It sold out and was enthusiastically received.
It will be playing at the Gaiety Theatre in Douglas on the Isle of Man on Friday March 28 and then at Partington Theatre in Glossop early on Sunday April 6. In the summer it can be seen at the Buxton Fringe Festival on July 19, 24, 25 26 at the Buxton Swimming Pool activity room. From here it transfers to the famous King’s Head Theatre in London on Sunday August 3 and then back to the National Coal Mining Museum on Saturday September 13.
